In the process of using the cold storage, we will inevitably have some small faults. If we can solve the problem in a simple time, we can eliminate the fault in the shortest time and reduce the loss. Here are some of the combined cold storage maintenance knowledge!
1. Initial operation of cold storage equipment: Always observe the oil level and oil return of the compressor and the cleanliness of the oil. It is found that the oil is dirty or the oil surface should be resolved in time to avoid poor lubrication.
2. The combined cold storage is not cooled or the cooling effect is poor. Check if the condenser of the chiller is dirty. Check if the frost on the evaporator in the library is too thick. Check for refrigerant leaks (use soapy water on the pipe connections, bubble formation to indicate refrigerant leakage). And please combine the cold storage engineering personnel to replenish the refrigerant and treat the leak. Check that the seal of the combined cold storage door is intact and excluded. Check if the chiller in the combined cold storage is working. Check that the parameter settings of the computer controller of the cold storage are correct and reassemble the cold storage door installation. Check if the controller of the cold storage is out of order and replace it. Check if there are enough gaps in the stock in the library and clear them.
3. Always observe the operating status of the heart compressor of the cold storage equipment, check the exhaust temperature, and pay special attention to the operating state of the system during the season change, and adjust the system liquid supply and condensation temperature in time.
4. The combined cold storage door starts frequently or does not start for a long time or does not stop for a long time or stops when the temperature is not enough.
A. Check if there is any dirt on the condenser. If the heat is not good, the condensing pressure of the refrigerator will be too high. In order to protect the compressor, the machine stops under the action of the pressure controller. After the heat is good, press the pressure controller. The black reset button will automatically resume operation.
B. The parameter setting of the controller is incorrect and can be reset.
C, cooling is not good, please refer to fault 2.
D, temperature control failure.
E, electrical damage.
5. Observe the operating status of the compressor by observing changes in the instrument, listening to the sound of the machine, and changing the temperature of the machine. It is found that the compressor has a string of gas and other phenomena should be repaired or replaced in time.
6. The lighting inside the library is not lit. Please check if the switch is malfunctioning and the lamp is damaged. Check the power supply during inspection. Pay attention to the waterproofness of the lamp when installing the lamp cover.
7. The combination cold storage door is not tightly closed. Please adjust the hinge on the storage door and the distance between the door lock and the storage body.
8. We should implement regular maintenance and routine maintenance to maintain high efficiency of compressor operation.
